Cast-N-Stone products are handmade. Color and thickness may vary. It is recommended that you purchase all of the stone for your project at the same time. For projects requiring multiple pets it is the responsibility of the installer to mix stone from each pallet on the job site. Use constitutes acceptance. Colors may vary slightly from photos in the brochure or website. We suggest visiting the showroom and looking at samples prior to making your final decision.
Wash with clean water when needed. Do not use acids, high pressure water or hard abrasives.
Cast-N-Stone 50 Year Limited Manufacture's Warranty New Cast-N-Stone veneer will be provided, free of charge, for replacement of Cast-N-Stone veneer that is determined to be defective. This warranty covers Cast-N-Stone veneer only, and does not include labor or replacement costs. Cast-N-Stone is not warranted against damage of staining caused by chemicals, airborne or waterborne contaminants, oxidation, settlement or movement or the substrate surface over which it is applied. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser only.

Cast-N-Stone has been tested and certified by a reputable laboratory to ensure the integrity and quality of the finished product. The following test have been conducted per the reference test criteria or specifications. Cast-N-Stone meets or exceeds UBC and ASTM acceptance criteria for pre-cast stone veneer. Check with your local building department for local building code requirements.

A. Corners are applied in the same way as the flat stone. Each corner has a long leg and a short leg, which should be alternately stacked around the corner to give a natural authentic look at the corner.
APPLICATION OF CORNER
A. On a clean surface, the veneer may be applied directly to a masonry backing without mesh. Painted or waterproofed masonry surfaces should be cleaned and sandblasted or attach metal lath or 17 gage 1 1/2" stucco netting with a 1/2" scratch coat of plaster to provide a bonding surface.
B. Apply Type-S (or equivalent) cement mortar at least 1/2' thick to the back of each stone veneer and press the stone into place over the moistened masonry units.
C. Brush, tool or rake the Type-S (or equivalent) mortar joint.
APPLICATION TO MASONRY
A. Install to structurally sound wood substrate
B. Apply weather resistant barrier (15lb. Tar paper or felt.)
C. Attach metal or lath or #17 gauge, 1 1/2" woven wire stucco netting
D. Apply a scratch coat of Type-S Mortar (or equivalent) approximately 1/2" thick over the metal lath or stucco netting.
E. Apply a 1/2" thick Type-S (or equivalent) mortar setting bed to the back of each Cast-N-Stone and press the stone into place over a moistened scratch coat.
F. Brush, tool or rake the Type-S (or equivalent) mortar joint.
